My Writing Portrait

I write sitting up in my bed leaning against the bedframe in a position that I wish could at least somewhat comfortable. I type for a little while before I have to switch to my second position where I typically just lay down and it’s a lot more comfortable but also a lot harder to type. Typically, I look very relaxed when I’m writing until I get confused or encounter writer’s block which comes very quickly, coming and going as it pleases. The physical aspect of this writing is nothing compared to the metal aspects of writing.

The mental stress of writing is sometimes very much existent and at other times and sometimes it’s not even there. When it is there it weighs down on you and it feels as if its squeezing your brain and the thoughts can’t reach your computer. The ideas are swirling around in my head and sometimes they are scarce and at others they’re not at all. I lay down on my bed and look tense as my eyebrows move closer together when these ideas struggle to come out. The other times where it is very easy, I sit looking blank faced just typing away.
