My Errors

The main areas I struggle in are punctuation and grammar. This is almost embarrassing to admit as these seem to be presented as the most basic skills of writing. I still seem to struggle with these issues as I have shown in my papers this year. In my Personal Narrative especially, I have proven that I have misplaced commas as well as places commas should have been placed that they were just missing. My other problem this year was frequently using the passive voice. Before this year I had never heard of passive voice and I think this might be part of the reason that I struggled with not using it.

If I could get rid of these problems it would be very helpful. It would save time spent putting my papers into grammarly.com and then reformatting them on the way out because it always tampers with my formatting. Saving this time would allow me to spend it bettering my paper in many different ways. I think I can improve this by remembering what passive voice is when I’m writing my paper so I don’t end up using it. The commas should be an easy fix if I pay more attention to what I am writing. These are things I struggle with that will have to be fixed.
